Tilson Chiropractic FamilyCare

Car Accident and Work Injury Chiropractor, Wheaton and Naperville

After a collision or a fall, pain can take days to show itself. An early evaluation gives you a baseline, a plan and the records your insurer or attorney will ask for.

What brings people in

  • Neck pain or stiffness after a collision
  • Headaches, dizziness or trouble concentrating
  • Back pain after lifting or a fall at work
  • Shoulder, knee or wrist pain that started with the injury

When it is urgent. Go to an emergency room first for loss of consciousness, severe headache, confusion, chest or abdominal pain, numbness or weakness, or any suspected fracture.

How we approach it

  1. 1

    Prompt evaluation

We try to see injury patients within the week. The exam documents what was injured and how it affects your daily activities.

  2. 2

    Care and re-checks

Adjustments, muscle therapy and rehabilitation exercises, with progress measured at set points.

  3. 3

    Paperwork handled

We prepare the records and reports for auto insurance, workers' compensation and attorneys, and work with your claim representative.

Care is provided by Dr. Adam Tilson, D.C., and Dr. Michael Rager, D.C., chiropractic physicians. Results vary from person to person.
