Tilson Chiropractic FamilyCare

Prenatal and Pediatric Chiropractic Care, Wheaton and Naperville

Our practice has always been a family one. Care during pregnancy and for children uses lighter, slower techniques than adult care, and a parent is in the room for every child's visit.

What brings people in

  • Low back, hip or pelvic pain during pregnancy
  • Sciatic-type leg pain in the second or third trimester
  • A child or teen with back or neck pain from sports or a heavy backpack
  • Posture concerns as a child grows

How we approach it

  1. 1

    Comfort first

Positioning and tables that adapt as pregnancy progresses, and low-force techniques throughout.

  2. 2

    Prenatal massage

Offered alongside chiropractic care. Ask which office and days when you book.

  3. 3

    For children

A gentle check of posture, movement and growth-related aches, explained to the parent first. We refer to your pediatrician whenever something is outside our scope.

Care is provided by Dr. Adam Tilson, D.C., and Dr. Michael Rager, D.C., chiropractic physicians. Results vary from person to person.

Common questions

Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?

We adapt every visit to the stage of pregnancy and check with you about any complications first. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, we ask you to clear care with your obstetric provider.

From what age do you see children?

We see infants through teens. A parent or guardian must attend.
