This policy explains what Tilson Chiropractic FamilyCare collects through this website and how we use it. It covers the website only. How we handle your health records as a patient is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you can ask for at either office.

What we collect

• Appointment requests. When you send the request form we receive your name, your phone number or email, the office you prefer, the general reason for your visit if you choose one, and any scheduling note you write. Please do not put medical details in the form.
• Self-check answers. The foot and nerve self-check stores your answers without your name, contact details or anything that identifies you.
• Visit statistics. We count page visits in aggregate, without advertising cookies, to see which pages are useful.

How we use it

We use appointment requests to contact you about scheduling, and for nothing else. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Text messages

We text you only if you tick the consent box or text us first. Messages are about scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of becoming a patient. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Online booking and payment plans

Online booking is provided by Jane and payment plans by Cherry. When you follow those links you are using their services under their own privacy policies.
